DropBlitz ("the App") provides bulk price editing and AI-powered SEO generation services to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

Shop Information: We access your store's primary domain, currency, and country to configure the App.
Product Data: We access your product titles, descriptions, prices, and IDs to perform bulk updates and generate SEO content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Specifically, we use it to:

Update "Compare At" prices in bulk based on your settings.
Generate meta titles and descriptions using AI.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service:

OpenRouter / AI Providers: To generate SEO content, we send product titles and descriptions (but no personal customer data) to our AI provider.
Compliance: We may share information to comply with valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.

4. Data Retention

The App does not persistently store your product data on our servers after processing. Session data is maintained only as long as the App is installed.
